For nearly seven years, I’ve been part of the Charlotte’s Web Monogramming family, where I now serve as Communications Director and Operations Manager for both Charlotte’s Web and Charlotte’s Little Web.

From creating content and designing promotional materials to managing social media and keeping our Shopify site up to date, I wear many hats. I oversee daily operations, manage two distinct brands across digital platforms, and stay hands-on in every aspect of the business. I take pride in being a go-getter, creative problem-solver, and kind, intentional leader who supports our team and keeps things running smoothly.
