I started at Charlotte’s Web eight years ago as a sales associate, and over the years I've grown into roles with more creative and operational responsibility. After graduating in 2022 with a degree in Communications, I took over Charlotte's Web's social media and have since expanded my role to include operations management, content creation, marketing, and managing our Shopify website. When we opened Charlotte's Little Web in 2025, I also took on managing its Instagram, giving me the opportunity to build and grow a second brand from the ground up.
While I have experience with professional cameras, I create most of my content on my phone. It’s my favorite tool because it allows me to create from the perspective of the everyday user. I believe the best content isn’t always the most polished, it’s the content that feels authentic, relatable, and human.

I manage Charlotte’s Web’s Shopify website, making sure our online store stays fresh, easy to shop, and reflects what's happening in-store. From launching new products and updating seasonal graphics to managing inventory and troubleshooting website issues, I oversee the day-to-day details that keep everything running smoothly. I love finding ways to make online shopping feel just as welcoming and personal as walking through our doors, creating an experience that keeps customers coming back.

I'm passionate about using storytelling and creative content to support organizations making a difference in their communities.
As a volunteer photographer for the annual Wine Women & Shoes fundraiser benefiting the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Chattanooga, I captured event photography for one of the organization's largest fundraising events. The event raised more than $500,000 to help provide housing, comfort, and support for families with critically ill children receiving medical care.
I also served as a Communications and Social Media Intern for MyWaterWays, where I created content, managed social media accounts, photographed events and initiatives, and supported environmental education programs. Through this work, I helped raise awareness about water conservation and community stewardship across the Chattanooga region.

During college, I contributed to both my university newspaper and Rising Rock, a student-led multimedia publication. Through writing, photography, audio storytelling, and digital content creation, I covered community-focused stories and developed a passion for multimedia journalism.
One of my multimedia projects, which I researched, wrote, photographed, and produced audio for, was featured by WUTC and later highlighted by the Chattanooga Times Free Press and the University. In addition, my photography was featured on the cover of a university magazine.
These experiences strengthened my skills in storytelling, content creation, and audience engagement, laying the foundation for my career in communications and marketing.
