A little about me…

Hi, I’m Serretta—a communications and marketing professional with a passion for creating content that feels genuine and building brands that people connect with.

My experience spans brand management, content creation, retail operations, and social media and e-commerce management. For the past seven years, I’ve grown alongside Charlotte’s Web Monogramming and Gifts, where I lead marketing, communications, and operations across both Charlotte’s Web and Charlotte’s Little Web.

Throughout my time there, I’ve helped expand our online presence, drive meaningful growth, and create content that reaches thousands of people organically. One of my favorite parts of the job is finding creative ways to tell a brand’s story and build a sense of community both online and in person. I believe the best brands create genuine connections and leave a lasting impression, and that’s the approach I bring to every project.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me outdoors, trying a new restaurant, or exploring a new city!
