Charlotte’s Web Monogramming and Gifts

I started at Charlotte’s Web in 2018 as a sales associate and embroiderer. Over the years, I moved into a leadership role as Operations Manager and Communications Director, overseeing daily operations and managing both of our store locations. When I first started, we were a small team of six, writing receipts by hand with no online presence. Today, we’ve grown into a two-location business serving customers across the country, including Puerto Rico.

In addition to managing daily operations, I create all of the content for our social media platforms and maintain our Shopify website, keeping it updated and seasonally refreshed. One of my Instagram reels gained over 51,000 organic views, and since taking on the communications role, I’ve helped increase our online foot traffic by 60%.
