Charlotte’s Web Monogramming and Gifts

I started working at Charlotte’s Web in 2018 as a sales associate and embroiderer. After a few years, I was promoted to embroidery manager, and in 2022—following my college graduation—I became the communications director. I now manage communications and oversee operations at both of our store locations.

I wear many hats in this role. I train all of our new employees, manage daily store operations, and serve as the main point of contact for customer issues or concerns. On the communications side, I create social media content and reels, update our website seasonally, and ensure everything stays organized and visually consistent. Many of the front-page website banners are designed and photographed by me. I produce and edit all of this content using just my phone, along with Canva and Adobe Photoshop. One of my reels currently has over 51,000 views, and since taking over communications, we’ve seen a 60% increase in new online customers on our website over the past year. What started as a small Chattanooga business with just six employees—writing receipts by hand and with no online presence—has grown significantly. We now serve customers across the country, including in Puerto Rico.
